## 1. ABOUT UNIL JEWELRY
Unil Jewelry creates handmade jewelry inspired by natural forms, textures, and individual expression. Each piece is carefully crafted by hand, which means small variations may occur. These unique details are part of the handmade nature of our jewelry and make each piece one of a kind.
## 2. PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
All jewelry pieces are made from sterling silver 925 unless otherwise stated in the product description.
We use carefully selected natural stones. Because natural gemstones are formed by nature, slight differences in color, texture, inclusions, and shape may occur. These variations are not considered defects but rather a characteristic of natural stones.
Product photos may slightly differ from the actual item due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural uniqueness of each stone.
## 3. ORDERS & PRODUCTION TIME
Most Unil Jewelry pieces are handmade after the order is placed. Production time usually takes approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on the design and availability of materials.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
## 4. CUSTOM ORDERS
We offer custom orders, including:
* different ring sizes;
* stone variations;
* engraving;
* modifications of existing designs.
Custom orders are discussed individually and may require additional production time and payment adjustments.
Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
## 5. RING SIZES
Please carefully check your ring size before placing an order. You can use our Ring Size Guide or contact us for assistance.
If you order an incorrect size, resizing may be possible depending on the design. Additional fees may apply.
## 6. PAYMENT
We accept payments through available payment methods displayed at checkout.
All payments must be completed before production begins.
For custom orders, additional details and payment conditions may be discussed separately.
## 7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide.
Production time:
1–2 weeks
Estimated shipping times after dispatch:
* Georgia: approximately 3–4 business days
* Europe and USA: approximately 10 business days
* Russia: approximately 10 business days
* Other countries: approximately 15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Unil Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
## 8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
* unused;
* unworn;
* returned in original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or damage caused before delivery.
## 9. JEWELRY CARE
Sterling silver naturally changes over time and may develop a darker tone due to oxidation. This is a natural process and can be easily restored with proper polishing.
To keep your jewelry in good condition:
* avoid contact with perfumes, chemicals, and harsh products;
* remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising;
* store pieces in a dry place.
## 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, images, texts, logos, and creative materials on this website belong to Unil Jewelry and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
## 11. PRIVACY
Your personal information is used only for processing orders, communication, and improving your shopping experience. We respect your privacy and handle your information according to our Privacy Policy.
